Abstract :

Abstract This Study، on imprecation and the imprecated in the Holy Quran was divided in to five chapters، chapter one dwelt on the concept of imprecation and it is type while chapter two dealt with prescriptions of imprecation، chapter three was devoted to source of imprecation and it is effect on the imprecated person، chapter four investigated the reasons for imprecation in the holy quran، chapter five was a summary of findings l، and conclusions of the study، in the completion of the study، the researcher defended and exegesis books، language books، probuetic teaching (hadith) books، fight books، biography books and fundamentals books. Result of the study indicates that imprecation from Allah in the different from imprecations coming from human beings. 1-it harms the person imprecate. 2- it is effects are materialized.so anther finding of the study is that the holy quran different between the states of the imprecated people (of both sexes) reasons for their imprecation and their tips، all this was in order distance Muslims from the ways and behaviors of those imprecated. 3- Finding is that Allah and only Allah punishes the imprecated people.
