Abstract :

ABSTRACT The evolution of the Internet has become very important in our lives and has a significant impact in various spheres of life, including the arbitration, which in turn has benefited by the technology and the Internet from the advantages of the parties. Due to the increasing use of the Internet worldwide, the number of disputes arising from e-commerce, domain names registrations, and the like, which are often alternative ways of traditional dispute resolution arising from them are inadequate to solve them. This thesis examine the advantages and disadvantages of online arbitration, and it concludes that online arbitration is a valid and effective method of dispute resolution, and it also proves that online arbitration is more binding than traditional arbitration, because it is effective without being subject to so many legal obstacles especially the requirement of the form required by most national laws, through special mechanisms belong to online arbitration, pioneered the implementation of the sentence without the need to resort to national jurisdiction of the individuals. Finally, the conclusion of this study contains the significant findings, recommendations, and suggestions that I have reached in the study.
